Apa yang kami buat
LoanMudah is a loan application facilitator. We prepare, structure and submit your personal loan application to licensed Malaysian financial institutions through our banker relationships. We are not a lender, we are not a bank, and we never hold your funds.
Kelulusan bukan jaminan
The decision to approve a loan, the final amount and the final interest rate rest entirely with the financial institution. Any figure shown on this site or in your dashboard before formal approval is an estimate, not an offer.
Yuran kami
Our service fee is stated in writing in your offer document before you choose to proceed. It becomes payable only after your loan is approved and disbursed. There is no upfront charge, and no fee is owed if your application is declined.
Tanggungjawab anda
You confirm that every document you upload is genuine, current and your own. Submitting falsified documents to a financial institution is an offence, and it ends our engagement immediately.
Membatalkan permohonan
You may withdraw at any point before the application is submitted to the lender, at no cost, by telling us in writing.
